The argument comes down to funding, so why is no one talking about allowing the Baltimore area to implement a sales tax to pay for it. Seattle has built *entire light rail network* with this in the time it’s taken to *plan* the Red Line.

Don’t even build at this point. BRT along this corridor won’t carry nearly as many people, and it’s the wrong mode for what is needed.
