It is, in a way, amusing. An all stock transaction with a laughable valuation.

A company with no revenues acquires a company scarcely able to pay debt service.

Screwed shall be all the xAI investors who came in with Elon (the X investors already were screwed).

It's the world of Trump & Musk.

Thankfully, the United States has a robust securities oversight commission to regulate highly questionable transactions, such as this...

How long till the captured FBI/ DOJ make up some reason to arrest the writer of this story / raid the Atlantic’s offices?

Why even bother with a SPAC now, just IPO it - there’s no regulator at the wheel. Or launch a coin.

Maybe he needs more security guards not for protection from people, but protection from being served.

What other CEO in history has promoted hilariously idiotic financial analysis of a guy that worked at disney land as a cast member that his company is worth trillions. @mccrum.bsky.social. All my promoter deep dives are on my threads, I did thet work for you!

He should do a follow up with the other red flags, e.g:
1) Only S&P constituent with own ERP system (on same server as SpaceX)
2) Undisclosed major related party dealings (Tesla cybertruck tunnel, Nvidia chip gifting to xAI)
3) CFO with no industry experience.
4) Promoting shady promoters on X

Maybe they forgot the related party gift of Nvidia chips to xAI in their disclosure. Sure there's nothing to worry about with Tesla's accounting when they are basically the only S&P company to have their own homebrew ERP system and a CFO you wouldn't put in charge of a teapot.

Dan McCrum (of Wirecard fame) sniffing around Tesla accounting. He stopped short of tying this directly to the miraculous 3Q earnings beat, when they likely capitalized significant items that should have been expensed, that led to a 50% two-week rally. Tesla makes no comment, no surprise.

I doubt they CAN leave, especially those on the audit committee.

Ah yes, people that get paid by X and don’t actually do a real job are bullish on Tesla in the hope Musk promotes them / pays them more. Sawyer Merritt literally couldn’t sell t shirts and had to get his dad who was a venture allocator to get him this job as Musk’s PR guy.

Is he going to make this a daily / weekly occurrence? Paid ads on the White House lawn?

Elon replying it will be fine “long term” to a ex-Disney cast member who pretends to be an analyst on Twitter to pump $TSLA.

Incase you wanted to know things won’t be fine.

Can’t be long now till someone hacks Excession/Atlanteca and proves he’s captured by Russia

Oh you beat me to this

Next up, they also sabotaged the latest SpaceX launches.

Mine got permanently suspended for showing Jared Birchall has an email jared@atlanteca.com, which you can easily see is him as his recovery email is jared@excession.com. He failed to declare these emails in discovery, committing perjury.

*Musk pushed for removal of FAA head that regulates one of his businesses
*Planes crash
*Musk says he will help FAA
*FAA ends up purchasing products from another of Musk's businesses

Now if that’s what they do with government records, imagine the state of Tesla’s accounting

He's affiliated with Rebellionaire, Brad Ferguson who runs that showed in one of his youtube channels they have a group chat on twitter the talk to coordinate the message of pumping Tesla.

Pump Tesla like mad, sell your toxic financial products (100% all in tesla + derivs) at high fees to morons.
