Ich lese sehr viel im Moment über Täter:innen in der NS Zeit. Und gestern dazu was kluges bei Angelika Ebbinghaus. Man muss aufhören, diese Täter:innen als Monster zu sehen. Als ganz besonders böse. Es sind Menschen, die zeigen, was möglich ist, wenn Gewalt Gewohnheit wird, toleriert, ja belohnt.

Die Lehre und v.a. das Prüfen des Sexualstrafrechts ist überaus heikel. Dass das in Deutschland offenbar nicht/kaum als Pflichtstoff gelehrt wird, scheint mir bei Abwägung aller Umstände nicht das Schlechteste insb. für die Studierenden, die selbst Opfer waren.
