Pickled eggs are good too! Recently did some in leftover juice from jalapeño slices and they were great also. Not spicy but nice jalapeno flavor!

There was a period in which I moved so often I kept (clean) 40 gal rolling garbage cans to pack in. The books alone made an entire pickup truck bed load 3 deep of boxes to move. Just having the space to keep them was an issue. There are some I wish I still had, esp the histories & biographies…

I remember… the tiny little single bed, barely big enough for one. The two of us, in that bed made for 1… the shine of the streetlight coming through the window, just enough to see the shape of the beautiful body you pressed against mine. How we clung to each other in joy & love. I cannot forget…
