Tbh my username “LNsynth” is actually just a joke on my normal username LNsalite but changed to be about synths because vocal synths
Oh my god i’m so sorry to hear that, that’s such a horrible thing to have to hear from someone
So basically they’re still trying to make it but the development hell is so in hell that they had to restart all the progress and probably aren’t giving updates because there’s nothing impressive to share
Also new Maghni team doesn’t have easy and direct communication with VocaTone who is now legally responsible for shipping out all rewards but they’re taking really long to do so
The old dev team screwed over the new dev team during the management switch. New dev team has to basically remake Maghni from scratch with no crowdfunding funds because the old team ran out of all the crowdfunding money. They’re still planning to make the engine but it’s gonna be hard.
Some of this is conjecture on my part but from what we’re able to tell from the public posts of the individuals working on the project, it was given to a new team (Crescendia) to develop which was built out of some members of the old dev team. But it’s mostly new people now and it’s a small group
