I’m so fucking angry for all the Avatar: The Last Airbender workers who’ve had their film leak. They deserve better than that, they worked so hard on it. It deserves to be in a movie theater, not leaked online and then dropped on streaming cause of shitty management.

I'm really digging The Last Starship. Very dark, very challenging take on Trek.

I'm happy I finally have time time to feature the "Tales from the Frontier" comic, seen in #StarfleetAcademy's "Come, Let's Away".😊 I have assembled all the pages seen in the episode but as a special gift, here's the cover and back page of the comic, provided to me by its designer: Stu Pearce! 🧵 1/4

Luc Besson met French actress/director Maïwenn Le Besco when she was 12 and he was 29; they began dating when she was 15. They married in late 1992, and she gave birth to their daughter, Shanna, in January 1993 at age 16. Maïwenn noted that the 1994 film *Léon: The Professional* was inspired by their relationship.

Antioch woman with no criminal record detained by ICE - Nashville Banner Terez Metry, who came to Tennessee from Egypt at 13, was detained by ICE during an interview as she followed legal steps toward citizenship.

A friend of my cousin’s was detained by ICE after attending her immigration hearing.

This is happening to people every day.

If you’re able, please donate to her legal fund or share this post to help her get support quickly.

When I hear people complain about "no series planning" for the sequels I find it odd; the original series had no planning.

Three different directors. Story made up on the fly. Movies directly contradicted each other.

Vadar was not Luke's father. Leia was not his sister. The Force had no rules.

Why should I watch something that a director didn't even bother to make?

I’m sorry nothing has pissed me off more than Stephen fucking Miller having an opinion about Star Trek. He can go fuck right off.

I'm pissed that Starfleet Academy has clearly been targeted by anti-woke grifters in the same way Star Wars: The Acolyte. They're clearly laying the groundwork to go after it because it's a show in a Boomer scifi franchise with a diverse cast, not aimed at an older white male audience.

For no reason whatsoever I'm sure today we have the movie cover art for the film Star Trek: Insurrection. There's a large planet across the lower half of the picture as if we're in orbit above and we see the USS Enterprise flying away from us at warp towards open space. There's a large menacing face looking down at the starship and planet, cloaked in red beams of light. Across the top reads, "INSURRECTION."
