Millwall 1-0 Derby: Josh Coburn and a coming of age performance Josh Coburn was a worthy match-winner for Millwall against Derby County, turning in a top centre-forward performance.

Some words on Josh Coburn, who has really grown into the shirt in recent games. Thought last night was his best in a #Millwall shirt + a fit and firing JC will be worth his weight in gold during the run-in. As always, if you enjoy, feel free to share/sub: marshonmillwall.substack.com/p/millwall-1...

Yep, definitely rode our luck for the final 30 or so. Still not sure how that one at the end stayed out after Agyemang hit the post. Reckon we'd need to do Ipswich and Boro away to get top two and not sure if we've got both in us but yeah, would back us against anyone in the play-offs. And you mate!

Had to stand firm for the last 30 mins or so but what a win that is. Thought that was a top centre-forward display from Josh Coburn tonight. Been so effective in recent games + a very worthy match-winner here. #Millwall

Still buzzing after yesterday. Tough away games still to come v Ipswich and Middlesbrough, but PNE and Hull didn't exactly look like a breeze on paper. We've got the best away form in the division and nobody will fancy playing us between now and the end of the season. Nothing to fear. #Millwall

How Millwall have become the Championship's dark horses for promotion Millwall have emerged as serious players in the Championship promotion race under Alex Neil and are ready to put pressure on the top two of Middlesbrough and Coventry City

We've always been strong at home but now only Hull City (30) have taken more points on the road than #Millwall (29, same as Coventry) this season. Millwall aren't going away in the promotion race, so feels like the perfect time to plug this again:

One of the best away records in the division, channeling the chaos of The Den + defensive goal contributions: how Alex Neil has turned #Millwall into the dark horses for Championship promotion.

Would say we're more likely to add in that area than let go given where we stand. But in all honesty, at this stage of the window, I'd be reluctant to absolutely rule anything out. Think he's done well last few weeks + personally would like him to stay until summer.

Something a bit different: an analysis piece on #Millwall signing Barry Bannan + why he's worth it even though he's a bit of an outlier in terms of our recruitment model.
