I would say reconnecting with my creativity. I doubt I would have engaged with cosplay if not for FaB.
The first time I cosplayed (and went to a competitive tier event) was at BH NJ. I brought my interactive Lena Belle cosplay and had an amazing time, inspiring me to do more

So artistically, I love the #fabtcg new hero art. But as someone who sort of knows how to use a sword: what is Aurora planning on doing here? Dropping the sword behind her? Swinging it forward with 0 momentum? Sacrificing it to make Oscillo pt 3? It's bothering me just a little
So I loved the Viserai cosplay that @maxferocity.bsky.social did, which was all leather. So if I really wanted to step up my leather skills, I would tackle the Runeblade equipment because the art is amazing!

Got some decent pics of my Zen cosplay I did as a casual cosplay at the Rosetta World Premiere and Camp Greentree. I was organizing my closet and was motivated to go outside and do a fun photoshoot. #fabtcg
Pretty proud with how it went considering how life was going outside of FaB. Looking forward to what I can accomplish next year!

Forgot to mention but was reminded by other comments; I also love the aesthetic of runeblades
What keeps me playing runeblade is how much I love earth+runeblade. I'm not sure if I'll keep playing runeblade if Florian LLs, although now that I've started I would give it thought.
I played guardian before, so Florian drew me in to runeblades
Things I like: Grasp+reaping blade endgame, the armor, the turn over turn value, mixed damage, and the wide card selection.
Things I like least: runeblade hands. I like having consistency, and that not happening sometimes is rough
I started playing with Uprising. I wanted to play Iyslander and I legitimately thought that a "blue card" was one with blue in the art while drafting.. We did not win that draft 😅
When you miss the group pic because you are in a tournament and they Photoshop you in the most perfect way
Listening to someone talk about something they are passionate about is peak content, in my opinion. Loved the video!
(And yes, everyone should switch to Kassai, says the unbiased Florian player)
