I’ve worked across many, many RACF’s throughout Sydney. Aged care facilities do not function without immigrants.
Not just remote/regional Australia, aged care facilities everywhere are largely staffed (from RN’s to PCA’s) by immigrants.
It’s the absolute hardest job going round and we’d be utterly stuffed without them.
