I have a feeling we're going to see a lot of blood elf RP shift towards the Anguish aesthetic as time goes on in Midnight lol

Funny enough, I've always felt it was kinda like an inverse bell curve. The lowest are the hardest and most frustrating to get out of, the middle is actually pretty chill and solid of people vibing for season rewards, and then its gets sweaty, gross, and frustrating again as you get higher

I want whimsy, I want my neighbours knocking at my door handing me some of their leftover pie, I want to care for my friends when they are sick, I want garden parties that have you banter and laugh until well after sundown, I want community and smiles and coffee hangs

I could nitpick the max level campaign for so long, but I think at its core, the issue for me is that it feels like WoW doesn’t really want to *explore* conflicts and themes, it wants to resolve them.

WoW is being written like it's a single-player game, not an evergreen MMO.

So the culinary, janitorial, and grounds workers at my university went on strike today. Now is a good time as any to remind everyone there is no such thing as unskilled labor, never cross a picket line, and unionize your workplace.

I really hope Blizzard's takeaway from the player reception to Midnight's story isn't, "Players don't want remakes of existing zones".

Many of us WANT to see our favorite zones brought back to life, but the story needs to SLOW DOWN and focus on the zones and cultures.
