Today, the #dblp team celebrated in style the #milestone of 2^23 = 8,388,608 publications, which was reached last week. ;)

It is time for possible Dagstuhl proposals again!
Proposals can be submitted between April 1 and April 15, 2026.

The source of the data is the @dblp.org bibliography.

The servers have become a bit more stable, but they are still under a lot of stress. You should be able to work with the servers again, but please expect further outages today. ~MRA

There is currently an ongoing issue which has taken down both dblp servers (dblp.org and dblp.uni-trier.de). We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

We know who the culprit is, and honestly it is unbelievable that we cannot have good things because scarce (and might I add, publicly funded) resources are stolen by reckless gold rushers. Rate-limit or link-maze them all to hell, honestly. #compsci #compsky #academicchatter

Like many other sites, we have seen an unnatural increase in traffic (for us, by a factor of about 25) since around September 2024. It might be ill-guided AI bots or malicious DDoS; it's hard to tell. And, frankly, in the end: What's the difference? 2/2 ~MRA
