Unexpectedly, 10 Gadwall have appeared at the pond at a local park (Gunnersbury) recently. My first properly local ones. Fingers crossed something more interesting will join them soon!

First bluesky post - had to make it a good one 😂 Got mildly attacked by a pair of horses on patch this morning who found my scope very tasty! Barn Owl, Mandarin, Great Egret on patch so far this week (all patch ticks!) as well as Snipe, Water Rail and Raven.
