I’m going to make it my personal goal to unmask and ask for help when needed at home. I try too hard to make everything seem perfect that I burn myself out and I just freeze and stare out into space.

It is a drink and energy drink AND coffee in the morning and nap during lunch kind of day.

Woke up at 4 and stepped barefooted in dog poop this morning and tracked it all over the master bedroom (plus the sensory hell that is squishy things on feet).

Trying not to burnout the second I wake up in the morning but stepping in dog poop bear footed is testing my limits.
