I’d imagine they are all too busy being remunerated to a much more satisfying level running businesses to be interested.

They are all tapping into the Govt Social Housing Decarbonisation Funding opportunities. Wave 2 800mil. Wave 3 1.2billion.

I just took a look at others following lists who recommended this platform. Such as @brilliantleader99.bsky.social and @britishinvestor.bsky.social at the moment this place is much better than Twitter, much less nonsense.

MER are also into social housing ECO Retrofitting (insulation, low carbon tech and renewables) which is becoming very attractive/lucrative to traditional construction firms. My business subcontracts to a few of them but sadly not MER yet.
