Our Founding Partner program helps institutions democratize access to mentorship for ALL educators—not just those at well-resourced centers.

Access to research mentorship in #MedEd and #HPE is inequitably distributed.

Some faculty have multiple research mentors. Others have zero.

Some scholars are surrounded by experts in theory. Others are teaching themselves from scratch.
