One of my colleagues today introduced me for my presentation as an expert in Pokemonology - I think I’ve peaked

Had a couple moments today watching my student’s final project presentations where I saw my words make great changes in their confidence. Sometimes we, as educators, do not say enough positive statements - but I think I nailed it today ❤️ First collegiate class taught!!!

I like Clifton Strengths a lot, I’ve used it since undergrad. I am: Futuristic Learner Responsibility Individualization Ideation :)
