I've been thinking about this post, so i doodled this really quick to show how i personally solved the 'screen tablet gives me horrible neck pain and posture' issue, via a standing desk, lifted monitor, and using anything/everything i could to makeshift an ergonomic workspace for it.

Guys, at a certain point isn’t it just easier to hire a house cleaner and go to sex workers?

As an addendum, my mother taught me the basics of cooking, to wash dishes, and how to do my own laundry. And I have really never thanked her enough for giving me the basic life skills necessary to not to become a helpless man-child.
