It's crazy how ppl are like "how can the Hades 2 ending be bad when it fits the theme of the franchise??", like idk.... things with themes can still be poorly written/executed

Part of me wonders if it's because they made a deal with Nintendo, and maybe there was a deadline?? But ultimately, I can work with a rushed ending if certain characters got to make certain choices... that didn't happen tho

My main takeaway of Hades 2 is that it was obviously too ambitious with its story, and I don't think the ending we got was the one they were always going to do. Like... that was a pretty rushed conclusion when it rly didn't need to be, unless the game were to be in EA a lot longer

only have an hour in Borderlands 4, i am tooooo tired to keep playing but its fun... i like how it feels, and i am surprised by the directing of the game/story. tonally, it doesnt really FEEL like Borderlands so far, and that actually makes me a lil sad but i gotta play more

still played the shit out of BL3 even with 25 fps in 2019

shockingly, borderlands 4 runs fine on my pc... mostly just have fps drops during the cut scenes. i remember how fucking AWFUL the optimization was for borderlands 3 on launch, and was prepared for that again

the movie showing how Justine received misogynistic attacks as a result of the kids going missing (literally being called a witch), only for the villain to be an actual witch stealing the youth of children is kinda crazy

its super entertaining and well-made, but idk... its such an insane and enticing premise, and i didn't find the explanation of it all match that... maybe i'll just rewatch Prisoners or something

Weapons was a bit disappointing. i will say i didnt see a trailer for it, and only knew the basic premise. it was disappointing cuz i enjoyed the first hour or so, but lost interest at the "reveal" or whatever. a spectacularly made movie, though. the editing and cinematography were really good
