Perhaps, but voice to text is fairly new and this error is not.

True, but I feel there’s a large gap between careless typesetting (which I assume used to be their problem, when typesetting was a thing) and a journalist actually typing “may of”.

That’s at least partly because they’re bombarded with media saying he’s doing a terrible job and should resign. I can’t think of much that’s happened that reaches the depths plumbed by all the preceding Tory governments. Yes he’s a bit uninspiring.

I’ve often wondered why the Polish government doesn’t just close their border with Belarus completely. But I expect it’s to do with money.

Firstly, we don’t know yet if the AI bubble will make money for its investors.

Second, measuring how much money someone has isn’t a great way of assessing their intelligence.

Thirdly, Salk deliberately didn’t seek patent protection, so he clearly wasn’t interested in making money from it. /

I didn’t claim you were quoting someone, in fact I did the exact opposite. Why do you find it so hard to read and understand straightforward sentences?

It’s not screwing up any spin, it’s an obviously fake excuse for deliberately posting an image of himself as Jesus. Are you suggesting the spin is “someone doctored the picture I posted, after I posted it” because that’s too idiotic even for this administration.

“It was AI doctored, and that’s what he was told.”

When you state something as a fact, not quoting someone else or qualifying it in any way, you’re implicitly acknowledging belief in your statement.

You sound like you believe their bullshit explanation.

Who says “AI doctored”? To have a doctored image you have to start out with a genuine image, and that’s not how AI generates images.

A much more likely explanation: Trump knew exactly what it was and what it showed, then lied about it when it turned out to be politically inconvenient.

Conspiracies don’t exist, apart from the ones that do. There have been plenty of prosecutions for conspiracy to do illegal stuff.

That’s a really tortured explanation, especially since it’s not a photo that’s been doctored.

Well I didn’t know that, thanks. Though a quick Google (and your own skeet) suggests “builder” might be a better translation than mason. Mason suggests his job was to solely to cut and shape stones.

It’s not like they announced they were doing it. Conspiracies can be hard to prosecute, or impossible if nobody in on it talks.

You really need to get a camel into school to teach those kids that spitting is disgusting. “Twice more in the face, Chad, and then you’re done.”

No, what I mean is what I said: that Democrats should vote for good things and against bad things. The clue was in the phrase “shitty voting”. Read better.

Reading comprehension is poor, on average. It’s great for sparking lively conversations based on misunderstandings, and getting fascist pricks elected.

You expect shitty voting from Republicans and will never stop them from doing it. Democrats should be better.

Successful shops sell what people want to buy. There’s no way they’re cutting back on popular products to make way for things they can’t sell.

Do some people get upset if you criticise Bono? Those people must be having a permanent nervous breakdown.

All entrepreneurs are not good? Or not all entrepreneurs are good? There’s a big difference.

Because of their terrible policy on [some minor thing].

They’re like 19th century Scottish Protestants, unable to compromise on any one of numerous canonical matters.

It really depends on the strength of the pro independence vote in the elections. If the vote is high enough, and a referendum is still refused, then perhaps a referendum organised outside of government, so that Westminster can’t prevent it, it is the way to go.

You should look into the nationalism of the Scottish National Party.

Good point. Maybe my view of what counts as crazy has been skewed by recent events. I can’t remember if I thought W was crazy for invading Iraq on such obviously false premises. Probably just thought he was evil.

They’re the rankings of a lunatic who never follows through on his craziest threats. They’re best ignored, but unfortunately we can’t, because he’s a lunatic who might one day do one of the crazy things he says.

Anyway I don’t think it’s extortion, simply because most people understood what it was
