Gah, I really want to drop someone into trance just so I can hear the inevitable happy noises. I know it's only been since Saturday but apparently I'm absolutely rabbid for hypno stuff lately.

That lobby was so weird in the most wonderful way. The chlorine stink, the weird TV pit where we showed cartoons, the conversation area kind of floating in the middle of the atrium on the second floor, the teeny tiny arcade, the event space with doors falling off their hinges... 🤪

I love that after all this time, 12 years since the last one, people still remember the 6 years of FCN fondly. There was a lot of stress and strife in the planning and the "making it happen" parts, but the lasting impact makes me look back and know every late night and tired morning was worth it. 😊

This all just made my morning to see. 😊 I'm so glad it is remembered fondly and I'm so glad to be able to count you as one of my best friends.

Seeing folks still remember FCN positively absolutely gladens my heart.

I went to an event in VRC last night with around 20 people. It was the first time I joined anything larger than a small group. It felt like a lot, but socially anxious me did pretty darn well. It was pretty good fun and I look forward to doing it again.
