Martin Arnold has graciously written us a near hour-long piece and so we're delighted to be presenting the premiere of Strophe Rocket, on June 28 and 29 at Arraymusic!

The three performers for our upcoming show are Émilie Fortin (trumpet, live and on the gated recording), Wesley Shen (melodica + harpsichord on the gated recording), and Aysel Taghi-Zada, violin (pizzicato violin on the gated recording).

We’re thrilled to be premiering Martin Arnold’s newest work, the evening length piece, Strophe Rocket for trumpet, violin, and two melodicas, on June 28 and 29 at Arraymusic! Martin's music is beautifully strange, simple, richly detailed, and above all else, infinitely enjoyable.
