Ok just looking at it from a personal view, in that I live in west Somerset on the Bristol Channel which has 2nd highest tidal reach in the world
Equally we have the lowest social mobility in Uk, just thinking of jobs/ and research that could be attracted into this area and of course south wales

Fine but with electric cars and increases In the need for electricity for home and businesses will we be in a situation where we can’t produce enough? Equally it putting increase power into the hands of energy companies CEO just like oil Barrons so a diverse energy/ modes of powers transport

Except green hydrogen like produce in Orkney is water, and tidal energy, so as an island nation we could utilise our coastal regions to produce energy from tidal pier. And with 2nd highest tidal reach west Somerset and south wales ideal sites

No totally agree, the thing that’s got me is religious leaders involved my view is I don’t want anyone else telling me what I want I just don’t want to pile on the pain and suffering to my daughter. I might be lucky and snuff it like both mum and dad heart attack dead in minutes

Sorry Leigh we haven’t just had said discussions for a month, many of my generation have had it for years. And those voting against or campaigning against continuing to say with medical advances etc.
No if I’m in pain or if I’m shitting myself or don’t recognise family I want gone

Sorry I’m retired and happy I won’t get WFA.
However just received electricity bill, pay £75 by DD. My bill £56 but standing charge £26 how the hell can they justify that when you have to pay even if sitting in with no lights or heating

However if they find away with standing charges everyone would save more.
You know standing charges brought in1930 to pay for supply of gas or electricity

So let me just join up my thinking. So shops moaning about increases in NI and mini wage, so working people n Keynesian theory if we paid increased wages, built council houses, those working would be able to pay more into systems higher prices, not having to use foodbank money going into councils

Can anyone tell me how much of farms are owned by lords, or other large corporations and tenants farmers farm them.
We have seen where I live a number of tenant farmer not pass on to kids, and the lord owner of land applied for planning of 500 houses

So clearly record profits in particularly in Tesco clearly comes from low prices paid to farmers, poor pay and conditions for staff, and like every other so called service what. They pay shareholders and the board
