The demand is abolish ICE. Defund ICE. Sever all ties with ICE.
We need the violence to end entirely. And that includes the violence of deportations.

Spend time researching companies that enable ICE and spread the word about boycotts. Use your own positions of power and influence to chip away at the enablers too. And here’s a guide on how to do that:
If you’re feeling like none of this stuff is big enough, know that it’s these kinds of small actions done by hundreds of thousands of Minnesotans that built the resistance you’re seeing.
Doing something is always better than nothing. Just do something and trust it will inspire others to do the same

Call your reps. Call five friends to talk about what happened—be in solidarity with each other and use that solidarity to start building something bigger. Attend an ICE Watch training. Combat disinformation by sharing the truth.
We are in fact DESPERATE for winter coats, waterproof gloves, and good boots. We get so many wonderful donations but it is so cold and the numbers of unhoused unsheltered people are going up at the absolute worst time for it, and we run out of coats weekly.

At the food pantry I volunteer at we were absolutely swamped today and by many first timers. We ran out of whole categories of food. Please donate cash to your local organization if you at all can.
There are elections going on this year in many places that can flip power (like Virginia governor).
Consider volunteering your time to help with an upcoming election, or contribute to organizations making change or supporting those at most risk under Trump.
