Down to the last 1/8 of my gas tank 🥲morning yall. I will be able to ride to work but getting back home might be an issue with how much I have left

I would be able too. I'm not even sad it's over because I think I'm going to feel this good for years.

What ACTUALLY happened was every part of me that had been closed off came back at once. I met so many amazing people and made so many new friends. People I hadn't seen in years ran across rooms just to say they'd missed me all this time. I saw things and expressed myself in ways I didn't think

I was scared that people I had met in the past and drifted away from would be upset at me just for being there. I was scared that I'd find out people I still thought about fondly had passed away without me even knowing.

Decided to do #Furdu2026 as a very last minute thing. Was nervous the entire way down as I haven't done a con since 2007. I was worried that I'd struggle to meet or even talk to new people as I felt like over time I closed off a lot of parts of me that let me engage with the fandom.
