The titular character from Osmua Tezuka's manga Black Jack but drawn as an anthropomorphic black-and-white cat. He is in a dark brownish trench coat and a blue ribbon-tie and is holding a scalpel in his right paw. The left half of his face is black and the other half white. Only his left eye (in ochre) is visible as the other is hidden under his long white bangs. The character is against a white background and behind him is a splash of blue. Above him is the manga's title in Japanese (ブラック・ジャック) (There is a Hyoutantsugi hidden on the left sleeve of the coat by the way!)
