I’ll say it again for those that weren’t listening.
Christian Romero should NEVER be forgiven if we go down.

Favorite goal of the weekend. Good lord, man, what a gift to the league San Diego's been.
The good news is that it’s not just one player! Your entire team are terrible. There legit wasn’t a single one that had me worried the entire night.
Iwobi absolutely should never have been in the position to take the shot I agree.
Vicario is absolutely garbage. He sees that shot the entire time and can’t get to it. Come on.
Manager.
Didn’t realize she supports Spurs. Even more reason tbh.
I will be shot down for this, but I honestly think we should consider Emma Hayes. #COYS
If we bring Ange in we WILL be relegated. He plays the exact opposite football we need. We need pragmatism, tight defense and explosive offense. It’s ugly football, but we have to stay up.
There’s a man out there that knows how to keep teams in the Premier League. It’s not an attractive signing, but we seriously might go down.
I can’t believe I’m still seeing people that think we should have a go at the CL. We might be relegated even if we give up on CL, if we try our hand at going deep in a competition we’re absolutely going to lose, it’s like signing our own death certificate.
Sack Frank in December, bring in athletic and technical players in January (a profile ALL managers want) and go from there. 75% of Spurs fans saw this coming back in November. Lange did absolutely nothing to show me he should remain in a job.
Lange needs to go next. His handling of both the summer, but especially the winter, windows was terrible.
I understand there is an injury crisis. I do. But Thomas Frank is 100% not the man I want to get us out of a relegation fight.
He HAS to be sacked.
Harvey Barnes goes down for basically nothing. A tap. Foul.
Solanke gets shoved in the back in the box. Nothing.
The refs in the Premier League are worse than Tottenham Hotspur.
Someone that really understands sports science needs to tell me what is going on with all of these injuries. Because it being this bad two years in a row feels like more than a coincidence.
Who better than Romero is chomping at the bit to join this Spurs team? Who in the league has more red cards than Romero over his time at Spurs? VDV is still improving and Romero has gotten progressively worse while he’s been here.
Which part?
Cause he’s a liability ✔️
No one better is coming to replace him ✔️
Van de Ven is better ✔️
Romero is a hard tackler and had good early seasons for Spurs so everyone has it in their heads that he’s better than he is. He’s maybe a top 8/10 defender in the league and has hit his ceiling.
He’s not even our best center back let alone our best player. I don’t think we should sell solely because no one even close to his level would come to this shambles. But he IS a liability.
I think we get a maximum of 15 more points. 44 points would definitely keep us up. West Ham have a very hard schedule in front of them with United, Liverpool, City, Villa, Arsenal and Newcastle being nearly unwinnable. They also have to contend with FA Cup. I think we scrape by.
Relegation dog fight inbound.
What infuriates me is that we should’ve sacked him in mid December and given someone an entire January to make some minor fixes. Waiting until now did absolutely nothing but put us in an even worse position. #COYS
Jol this motherfucker
It wasn’t that bad because we played an awful Brentford that couldn’t convert their own chances. That was terrible football and with the news of Johnson leaving now Frank isn’t just making bad decisions on the pitch. He has to go and he should’ve been gone weeks ago.
We’re going to back Frank and build a team around what he wants only to sack him this summer and then have to completely rebuild in a World Cup year. Get rid of him now, give a new manager six months to work with this team before the summer window.
I’m trying to figure out how often I wash my hands now. When I shower, after I floss my teeth (which is less than 5 minutes after my shower), after I go to the bathroom, when I come home from work, throughout the time I’m cooking dinner. I don’t think I do it a lot, but apparently I do?
Spurs need to buy Hayden Hackney on January 1st.
Reading and listening to takes saying you can’t move the dial on Thomas Frank. Yes you can.
- why bring on Palhinha when down by 2?
- before sending off why constantly not playing through passes when obvious runs being made?
It’s just so frustrating.
Liverpool were there for the taking and Frank got this wrong from the lineup.
