I was getting so hopeful I could keep dairy in my diet but alas I tested it again last night and woke up with a red swollen face and some bloating
Also if you regularly cannot digest a food you may be sensitive or allergic to it
Eg if I eat most fruits raw I get blowing out my butt poops 😁
Idk I am working on a list of new symptoms for my Dr:
Swelling of body and face after dairy
Massive gas anytime I eat vegetables I am not allergic or sensitive to
Gas keeps getting stuck above my gallbladder causing extremely bad pain, so I am STILL waiting for a gastroenterology referral 🔥😆
Today in my digestive dairy, I am currently pooping after not being able to pass anything through my system for two days.
As I have said it's usually massive poop fest followed by no poop fest then sweet relief
This round is better bc I stop eating vegetables after last er visit, or very little
So spleen diet is a lot of things that make me extremely gassy that I cannot digest so it's a lot of crap, literally hahahahaha 😅
Because I am aware there was a medical study with mice that proves this: I cannot stop thinking about it and I cannot get my spleen to work more then this. It's just not working. I cannot stay on the diet it's making me sick asf if I eat any vegetables and I LIKE VEGETABLES, I only hate bananas!!!
I also know if I eat too much of the same thing I start reacting to it
It's how I developed a full on nut allergy now. It's sucks.
Just want my SPLEEN yeeted so it stops making me sick like this, it identifies things as allergens when I never was allergic like this before accident. Not like THIS
If I want to gain weight? I have to eat off diet, things that slow down my digestive system, so I retain more nutrients. Was kinda working for over a year and now I am at the crossroads again.
High fat burgers
Milkshakes
Yogurt
Pasta
All those things work to keep weight on.
I haven't weighed myself today but I suspect I am down 15lbs now just being hardcore on spleen diet.
Doesn't take long.
And if I kept this up for a month or two I would LOSE all the sweet weight I gained back to deal with my broken nerve endings from my car accident.
Back to the dietitian I go!
In other digestive news I cannot stop burping, which is multiple things:

As well I have not eaten anything today that usually makes me burp this bad (usually if cheat and eat ketchup this happens)
