In the process of deep cleaning our house, I am both astounded and ashamed by how much stuff we have. But, more than that, I'm almost too proud of my Tetris and Jenga skills, because no one else could fit this much trash successfully into our square footage.

Give it 3 days. You'll either feel like a new person or you'll need to talk to your doctor. Just try to move it as much as you can; hurts like hell, but it really helps. Shoulders are the worst because everything around the joint is "narrow", thus movement is necessary to channel the meds through.

I remember reading "Inkheart" as a kid and the description of the aunt's house (bookshelves in the hallway, books used as end tables, etc) sounded like heaven. But she also lived in a stately manor, so up-sizing the house to accommodate the books is simply a necessity for a true bibliophile!

I have been getting immunotherapy shots twice a week, 3 per visit, for the last 9 weeks. I have basically been unable to work 5 days every week due to side effects.

Next week is my last week. My last cluster shot is on my birthday. It feels like a good sign for the year ahead.

Just heard one of my neighbors try to comfort his crying child (sounded like he ran into a car on his bicycle) by doing an Adam Sandler bit in Spanish.
