Lucky in some ways and really unlucky in others.. Last week I finally got hired at a good job that paid well, quit my nonprofit job to start it. On my second day, manager tells me they ran their numbers again and they can’t keep me after all. Old job can’t take me back. On the hunt again!!

Thank you Kai! It’s been a lot of overwork and overwhelm but I have a good support network of people who love me so my spirits are up. Still going to physical therapy a couple times a week and my concussion symptoms are finally subsiding. It’s rare to get a job offer this good so imma jump on it

Last couple of years have been challenging, got laid off twice with months of juggling 2-4 odd jobs until finding full time employment again. Was working 2 jobs 12 hrs a day from last April till 3 weeks ago when I quit the 2nd one. Car accident in January. So the prospect of balance is exciting!!
