Manzanar Committee is seeking volunteers for the 57th Annual Manzanar Pilgrimage on Saturday April 25th.
Volunteers are needed to support passing out water, directing parking, and setting up tents and chairs. All are welcome and no experience necessary.

The Manzanar Committee mourns the loss of Art Hansen, Emeritus Professor of History and Asian American Studies at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). He authored numerous books, was a keynote speaker at annual pilgrimages and was honored with the Sue Kunitomi Embrery Legacy Award in 2014.
“Just as it took a thoroughly engaged community to create these sites, it will require a community-wide effort to defend them. We need to create a powerful, nationwide coalition defending all our parks, especially the sites of conscience,” [said Bruce Embrey, co-chair of the Manzanar Committee.] "
