Sounds like a joke part if that is the main “Chapter 3 [Boss]” motif, like the thrash machine or HEY EVERY !
Possibly a section where they’re popping out of the screen borders like whack-a-mole.
Idk if Toby used the same mixing presets for multiple instruments, but it sounds similar to the horn used in the intro of the scrapped “Sneaking” song
A less strong connection is the motif itself but I’m more curious about the other one.
