What is the best way to gauge likely captaincy % ahead of the deadline?

FF scout poll is what i'm currently looking at.

The question 'who is the best captain' (ffs poll) versus 'who will you be captaining' is a small detail but feels like it increases Haaland % above

1 is tough. Both look really good moves. -4 and get the palace shirt on... I ditched JP last gw and it felt amazing.

2 yeah on the betting projections it's almost 50/50. So it'a daring to swim against the tide of what others are doing. I quite like doing that on 50/50 calls.

Usually i'd think Salah would be a bit heavier given his form, but wonder if seeing promoted Ipwich as Chelsea opponents is a factor to balance slightly (even though both Liv & Che are rated same chance).

I'm always drawn to less popular option in these 50/50 scenarios

Martinelli. I don't get it.

His returns to mins ratio in general is not great, what is suddenly expected to change? Not like Odegaard where he's getting extra set pieces now.

For short term punts, Jota seems similar xMins but much higher likelihood of returning to me.

Expectancy % is almost identical for a Chelsea CS and Mbeumo attacking return.

Yes I feel exactly the same. I don't really love Trent at 7m but I totally get it.

My main point is I don't get spending 6.4m on VVD right now (again, no offence to anyone and I can already picture todays bullet header now 🙂)
