Yeah I think that pay is the easiest banner to rally behind, it’s a clear message to say “we’re not paid enough for this shit”, whereas its much harder for a union to pull together a series of demands to make working life better for a group that have varied work environments and challenges.

Often find that the dose of sugammadex required to achieve this is smaller than the weight-based dosages

Given the rapid action of it, my practice is now out on the twitcher and titrate to effect. I see no reason why we can’t be doing that, it works so quickly you can give a dose, wait a minute or two and check.

Yeah it took a while. To be honest mine didn’t set in for a few weeks and then it took a few weeks for it to settle after I started using the blistex. It’s something to do with microflora disturbance ?candida on overdrive. Never got to the point of trying nystatin but got close

Cannot recommend this stuff highly enough.
The stomatitis was really challenging and it just takes time to adjust. But the lip cracking was so intense that I had to carry this stuff around with me constantly.
Sugar free mints can help also
