Many thanks to everyone who contributed to this work, I'm very happy we can now share the results and this resource with the research community!

8 years of xenografting breast cancer cell lines and thorough characterisation of the resulting mouse models revealed that context really matters. Breast cancer growth morphology and aggressivess are regulated by auto- and paracrine TGF-beta signalling and strongly depend on transplantation method.
