A screenshot of Jamie's FitBit app, showing the heartrate for a ~90 minute period of time, leading up to the meeting.

The first heartrate spike is at 1450 (up to 114bpm), immediately before the meeting, and as I'm preparing myself with a final runthrough and check that everything's ready.

It relaxes down to 92bpm while other parts of the meeting are going on, a quick spike up to 110bpm as it's noted that I'm going to be presenting later.

A few minutes before I talk - at 1530 - my heartrate drops down to 84bpm (as I'm mentally playing "Moving On - Phaeleh") and then spikes to 107bpm as I start to speak at 1540.

Why yes, on Wednesday I _was_ presenting a very high-profile meeting at work - why do you ask?

(Sorry that FitBit doesn't make it easier to export a graph more nicely)

Nothing but love for @www.jvt.me for helping with this!

I saw Jamie speak at DevOpsDays maybe 4 years ago and knew he was an all-star I wanted to know one day.

I'm thankful that DevOpsDays this year I finally made that happen and it already proven I should have prioritised it sooner! 🤩

may do what you want, but I wouldn't say its in an ideal place to use right now (even though I'm using it in prod for https://journal.jvt.me

Hmm that's a shame - Barry who wrote + uses it may be able to help there.

https://indieweb.org/Micropub/Servers#Hugo may be a good to look too, as there are a few folks who've done similar! My (still kinda WIP) Go Micropub endpoint

Or the Slack that's bridged there - I will also download the BlueSky app too 🤓

Also chat.indieweb.org/dev/ may be a good place to ask that's quicker than me remembering to check BlueSky 😂

Also https://github.com/hawx/tally-ho is a nice lightweight option, which Josh still uses, but may not be as up-to-date with some of the latest developments in the Micropub ecosystem

Hey! It should work right now, were you looking for a full site or just Micropub? If so I've written a Micropub Go server that allows you to plug your own backend in?
