NDCs include managed land CO₂ sinks but not ocean ones, and they shouldn't. Ocean uptake of anthropogenic CO₂ is due to physics and biogeochemistry and not anything we're doing. Plus, ocean sinks are already included in the remaining C budget. 🌊
