From experience I can tell that launching without a discount isn't very effective.
Had less than 3% conversion.
But that's the curse of discounts. Steam does so many that most reasonable customers will wait for a discount before actually buying. I certainly do.
I think I just came up with a name for my game engine:
LINEAGE
Which stands for: "Lineage Is Not Exactly A Game Engine".
Because it's not.. It's a bunch code I did over the years bunched together to make Paddlenoid - Which is a game, not an engine 😊

New Paddlenoid demo, just two days before release!
Turns out I completely forgot to add a window box. Here's what that does.
So, if you where playing on an ultra-wide monitor (21:9) you'd see artifacts left and right on some scenes, like the title.
