From bone-in thighs to fried chicken stripes in a tangy chilli sauce 🤤

Beat 2 eggs into mixing bowl

Mix 3/4 cup water, pinch of salt

Pour mixture through a siv and into a steam-safe bowl

Remove air bubbles

Cover bowl with cling film & steam 12 minutes

Remove from steamer & add 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil & spring onions

Slice egg for sauce to sleep through

It's one of my favourite breakfast dishes. Steamed eggs!
