Deeply embarrassing moment for me as I misheard someone complaining about the "challenges of modern dating," thought they were talking about radioisotope dating for rocks, and said "what, did they discover a new isotope?"

'There Is Only One Majority in This Country, That's the Working Class,' Says Mamdani | Common Dreams "It's time we have a politics that puts them at the heart of what it is that we're pursuing and not as part of the appendix."

“[A] democratic socialist politics is one that should be judged on its delivery, like any ideology. And what we’re showing in this city is we can we can pursue the big things like universal childcare and do the pothole politics at the same time.”

My sister's router angrily emailed her that my laptop was vulnerable because I had port 22 open. Of course, that went to an extremely well secured ssh server, but it just cared about the port. Definitely there are servers with terrible security but I'm not sure the AI can actually differentiate.

Republicans own our $39 trillion national debt.

Reagan added $3 trillion.
Bush Jr. added $12 trillion.
Trump added $9 trillion first term
Trump projected at $3 trillion before Iran.

(Dems had to "pay-go", as interest accrued of course.)
Republicans' raiding the U.S. Treasury again, as I type.

At this point the only reason to call it the Labour Party is it lasts too long, hurts like hell, and people keep popping in and out to check on your genitals.

I feel like a good metric for code quality is whether they have a "free as in speech vs free as in beer" explanation on their documentation.

There's no absolute reason this must be, but it's a strong trend imo.
