We don't have secret police in America. At least we're not supposed to.

While ICE raids are ramping up in our neighborhood remember that the federal government could have been funding literally anything else:
- housing for all
- healthcare
- supporting small farmers with making groceries more affordable

But no, your cost of living is still the same.
