When we make tomato sauce at home, we have a tool for swuishing up the tomatoes and separating the good pulp and juice from the seeds and skin. It kinda looks like a flower sifter, but ai forget the name of it. After that we don't add anything to it and boil the HELL out of it until thick enough π
