We built the editor just for us, and did not originally plan to share it. It's unpolished, unsupported, & gloriously unbeautiful - but it built all the levels in World of Goo 2 - and now it's publicly available.

We don't have anything for the blurry edges. But yes on the camera, you'll need to look at the config.ini we put in the user directory. There's this commented out:
; Camera settings
; border...
; camera_bob = 1
You should be able to change camera_bob = 0 and that should hopefully work!
