I have released GoQueueBench a project dedicated to benchmarking and evaluating the fastest Golang queue implementations.

No critique but I remembered that there is a EU rule that requires all sushi in restaurants to be frozen for something 2 weeks because of parasites.
So I looked up how dangerous that would be for me to eat raw fish that I fished and there is some very nasty stuff that can happen.
Like liver flukes
This is life!
Haha I am unable to pull my entire setup in under 2 hours XD
I love libraries. Nothing insipires me more than going to the Vancouver downtown one on Saturdays when it's so full of people
My OuroborosDB is maybe the coolest, most complex and badass thing I will have done.

Rokoβs Basilisk is what happens if you let 12-year-olds spend too much time in front of a Blaise Pascal book.
I thought the demand for H100s was going down but it is actually going up... the supply is just going up faster.
But then again this only covers 300 H100s on a niche platform so it is almost meaningless -_-
It is just incredible how cheap the API calls for AI models are, at least for me they are orders of magnitudes cheaper then running this stuff on my own hardware from the energy cost alone and they are cheaper then renting H100s.
Batching is such a nice technology.
I am currently experimenting with a few models to build a agent (or group of agents...?) that can help to work like a college while peer programming.
I think there is a lot of potential.
I got Linux running in a PDF file using a RISC-V emulator.
PDFs support Javascript, so Emscripten is used to compile the TinyEMU emulator to asm.js, which runs in the PDF. It boots in about 30 seconds and emulates a riscv32 buildroot system.

I think I will add a future to my DB that allows to store chunks into S3.
This is interesting for data that is not requested a lot but still needs to be available.
Also at this point it would be easy to store the first few MB of a video and the rest on S3
Also backups would be much easier.
There are some caveats, especially ranking but i think the fist problem that an google search alternative encounters is the one that massive resources are needed for an index in the first place.
So creating a index of the internet is the first wall one has to demolish by making it a public good.
I think it should be totally possible to build a public google alternative that is decentralized.
If the websites provide vectors for semantic search over static, B-Tree like JSON pages, we would only need a few big indexers that tells the search client which pages are in the requested vector space
Europe and Germany especially need to bring the digital platforms, OSs and software in generell back home.
We cannot afford to have all this core tech controlled by non EU entities.

OpenFOAM why do you have not more usable error messages?
This is a bit crule tbh.
Markets with high completion pressures are just wild.
I can rent a server with GPU on vast.ai and only use the CPU and RAM and it is still cheaper then anything else what i can rent for 5h on the market with more then 1TB of RAM... while having 4 H200 just laying around... (118'864 EUR of GPU)
