This is Gus. He was 11 years old and passed yesterday. He was the best dog I’ve ever known. Happy. Smart. A beautiful soul. I will miss him terribly.

As a young man, with little exposure to how girls felt or thought, I did not appreciate Cindy Lauper.

As an old guy with a lifetime of experience and, more importantly, four daughters, I love Cindy Lauper!
