If you have to. You gotta do what you gotta do to survive in this real world of somewhat sassy dames and way dirtier politicians.

Presumably its about a turtle going up against a gang of vigilante cops. What's not to love about it?
On a shelf, right next to Of Mice and Men.
I think you might be on to something with that one.
Best of luck to you and your family. My dad had open heart surgery once, and many other related procedures over the years. So I know how stressful it can be.
Right, the novel was '78. Finney is a man of all nations.
A younger, though still old looking Albert Finney from the film Wolfen. His hair is beautiful and luxurious. He stands amid taxidermied animals, including a really smiley wolf.
For some reason I'm picturing Albert Finney from Wolfen (1978).
I'm sorry for you and your family's loss. Hope everyone is holding in there.
Or like those Peter Cushing Dr. Who movies from the 60s.
Which I think was pretty much the general audience reaction.
One shared with family.
The new trailer for the 1918 Pandemic sequel just dropped.
Just take comfort in knowing that you will never be alone. Not once. Never, ever.
The American dream.
But it loves you, it loves us all. So, so much. Seriously, it's so fucking clingy.
I just recently lost my mom. While I only wrote for myself and don't share it with the public in any way I can still relate. It hasn't felt worth it to try and work on anything. All I want to do is sleep and hide away. You take care of yourself. I think more people relate than will admit it.
If I remember correctly, yeah. That's pending a reread.
To be fair the Larry Hama's comic Cobra Commander with his multi-level marketing style sceme to radicalize diseffected Americans would fit right in with our real world villains. Though his competency would make him stand out like a sore thumb.
It's almost as if they're a line of adventurist creeps. Honestly, the barriers between reality and pulpy fiction have never seemed thinner.
Yeah, much like their goose stepping cousins, sadly they never completely went away. Fortunately, the current stock is as dim as they are rich. Most of them probably think they and their prophet Curis Yarvin are onto something new.
This looks like it would be the best 1980s cabinet arcade game ever made.
It's just a rehash of the early 20th century Technocracy Movement that Musk's grandfather was a key figure in. A movement that ultimately served as a cover for a whole lot of North American fascists that didn't explicitly joing the German American Bund.
Fun note: That's where the "Cth" of Cthulhu comes from. Lovecraft was drawing on the word Chthon, because Chthonic can be used to refer to the Underworld. If memory serves his letter indicate he meant for it to be pronounce more like Thoolhoo.
Dusting off the old Greek term for the Earth itself, Chthon, would be fun just seeing people have to learn to pronounce it. The "Ch" was an aspirated stop, similar to the "ha" sound one gets on some Hebrew words. Now it's mostly treated as silent, so it would be more like "thawn".
If we were going with the Latin like Saturn we would be Terra and Luna. If we were going with their Greek counterparts we would be either Gaia or Chthon and Selene. Earth and Moon are the English words that were just in common usage.
You can do it. I believe in you.
Her production company had a financial stake in NFT companies, meaning she was trying to line her own pockets when she pushed that shit. No doubt the same is going on here. She's likely invested in AI in some fashion and desperate to make her money back.
If I recall her production company had a financial stake in NFT scams, so she was just trying to line her pockets. So I suspect she's a full on AI investor.
Except they'll be reliving this third act over and over again as they refuse to learn anything meaningful from all of this.
