Finally saw the #SuperMarioGalaxy Movie. I moreorless felt the same as I did the first one. It's not really a good movie. But it was a fun experience. I'll take that over a boring film.

For those not aware of the "Tales of" series, essentially it combines elements of traditional turn based JRPGS with an Action RPG combat system. So when you're not in combat you're on a top view map like so. Also keeping the NPC anonymous for now.
When you enter a fight via a random encounter or running into an enemy character on the map (haven't decided which method I wanna use yet), you'll enter a 2D map where you'll fight enemies similar to a beat em up or a side-scrolling action game.
Been really enjoying working with #GameMaker. Making a small Action-RPG (akin to Namco's #TalesOf) Series. Still got awhile to go. But I'm proud of what I've got so far!

Some of you told me it wasn’t AI, but apparently the artist is currently using AI to paint over anyway – just to let you know and so you can keep an eye out.
Some can be funny (at first), but otherwise yeah it's unbearable.
