WIP experiment: while dragging cards, they'll snap to align the y or x sides of nearby cards. not sure yet if it's helpful, or if it gets in the way. What do you think?

WIP 20~ another take on dynamic connection line anchors. Added a little snapping animation when the line endpoints change, along with animation delays to reduce the jittery feel that lines jumping caused in the previous versions. This version only snaps to corners of cards.
Building an affiliate referrer program. The last part is integrating a third-party affiliate system to do the payouts. All the options seem janky - especially when you don't want to inject their client-side js on every page 🤮 .

Initial sticker ideas: 2 diff colorways with slightly diff blob boys, what do you think? These would be medium laptop sized I think so you could read the text. When you see either of these on someone's computer I'd like them to express the sentiment "CAUTION: This Person is Cool"
my only real issue with RSS is that all clients present articles with the same formatting and layout. It's simple and fast – but removes the magic of personal blogs. My dream reader would instead cache (.webarchive?), or preload the actual webpages and show me those instead.

A photo of my desk from 6 years ago showing multiple windows and scraps of reference pages. (everything on about my setup has changed, except the keyboard and the desk itself. I loved that weird blue vase thing, but I can't remember what happened to it.)
The connect to copy functionality shown here was only like 5% of the work of building space notes – but definitely the funnest part to demo.
I might do more of these 'connect items to a part of the UI to do something with them' type features.

while you're in github settings I'd also recommend looking at your installed apps/integrations and revoking the ones you don't remember installing or don't use anymore. I found a couple surprising entries in there.

No one likes C3PO more than R2D2. But for some reason big tech is obsessed with C3PO-style computers that speak and act like humans you can love (and make love to) – instead of R2D2-style charming machines that beep, bloop and are joyfully and obviously machines.
