The U.S. government has a horrible record of regime change in Latin America and across the world. This is clearly an attempt to control Venezuela’s resources for the benefit of Trump’s donors. Any suggestion that the U.S. “will run” another country is ludicrous and imperialist. Congress needs to rein in this administration or we will find ourselves in another protracted conflict that Americans do not want.
