Stats in his social armour as he protects an alliance planet from an eruption while trying to not look intimidating, falling in this fact as he still scares people. The alliance of assented species viewing him much more as a hero compared to other members of the CA core.

Stacy based loosely on media stereotype of retail workers with a phone in one hand and glittered nails in the other as they take calls reflected in her name however is overly enthusiastic for a mewtwo due to the time in incubation and isolation her emotional processing developing differently.
She was not made with power in mind only to save a life and as a result can't use her powers well her form being more feminine to counter the one made with Blanes DNA base and growing hair as a result.
Stacy unaware of why she was made with Sab 100% aware via police files and knowledge wanting her back in Penling to make sure her DNA is stable and is safe encase other humans return and try and catch the legendary in desperation in rebuilding or for power.

Julen Ex rocket happy to take a mewtwo under his control even if he is a ranger now viewing it as a success over the boss.
Stacy is based on Manga mewtwo lore with human DNA as a base in Blane. Stacy being made based on these records trying to create a body for someone on the verge of death using a wife or daughter DNA as a base however rocket being raided was largely forgotten and the soul/memory transfer not 100%.

This birthmark barely noticeable and was the other scientists manipulating the paranoid Solis before Stat even broke out.
Stat still likes bathing in Lava to this day and just stays out of Solis's life to not clause further pain Solis happy away from the core and doing his puzzles for all of time.
Stat believing if not used by the core Solis could have done a lot more if his puzzle solving abilities was given a positive outflow. Solis wearing the mask due to the other scientists fuelling paranoia due to a birthmark given by Stats USB activation and a bitter hate of Stat in turn.
Stat making sure to give him a good second chance away from the core reviving him elsewhere in a place where he can play games and puzzles to his hearts content without putting others in danger and is happy. Stat feeling super guilty as it was an unintentional death seeing Solis as redeemable.
Solis afraid of Stataros backlash and seeing Stataros everywhere as Stat was following him and making sure he knew it for his actions in trying to kill him and working for the old core.
This making Solis beyond paranoid and the rumour how Stat can simply drive his true villains mad by existing.
He ended up dying due to fear of Stataros after Stat following him and helped fuel the Stat rumours in the core due to all the stuff Stat survived under the core and him.
Solis refusing to revive his colleagues due to being both a witness to the Stataros breakout and a fall guy in the cores eyes.
Solis being the one villain Stat spared when he broke out just keeping an eye on as he wasn't malicious in trying to kill him seeing it as a puzzle and being cartoonishly evil in the process. Stat just followed him around to get more dangerous villains using him as bait until he went a little mad.
Solis the villain in the background sent in to try and kill Stat using science after the cores experiments from spite for his USB made him stronger and stronger trying to do him harm over killing him from the start, this making his adaption go in to overdrive and become the monster he is today.

I’ll see if I can go on for a bit longer but probably be less daily encase I want a day off or do spoilers stuff in regards to Stat.
In Penling team rocket backed by Kanto was forced off the continent by the zorua of team hooligan and “aggressive ranger presence” referring to Sab and rangers who are in the continent.
I’ll probably do a full outfit tomorrow he still not wearing his rank as he didn’t want to put off new recruits.
