Today out in the pine barrens I saw a bunch of cellophane bees!

I'm not sure if they were emerging for the first time today or just hanging in holes, I honestly don't know a ton about these bees. I saw around 20 of them sprinkled throughout the trails in little clusters of 5-10 burrows.

Montanan here. And yes, most of us have guns. But ICE is here, in fact there have been a few ICE arrests, but they’re not in the huge numbers as they are in blue states such as CA, MN, IL, ME, OR, NY. I don’t hear of any ICE surges in FL or TX, despite those states’ high numbers of immigrants.

Genuinely the only thing keeping me going—but it really is keeping me going—is how good it is to see people link arms and push for this to end.

I cannot stop thinking about how much love people can have for their neighbors, and how much work and money is poured into breaking that love apart.
